Account Settings

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply open the app and enter in your email address. Once entered, set your PIN.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address, visit the Account Settings screen and click on your email. Here you will need to enter in your Account PIN for security reasons. Once entered, you can change your email address.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, visit the Account Settings screen and tap “Delete Account” at the bottom, and follow the on-screen instructions.

What happens when I turn off Sync?

If you turn off Sync, all new files you import into the app will no longer be synced.

Albums

How do I create a new album?

To create a new album, visit the main Albums screen and tap the icon at the top right. You can then name your new album.

How do I rename an album?

To rename an album, visit the album first and tap on the settings button at the bottom right. Then choose “Rename Album”. Note: you cannot rename the Main Album album.

How do I add a password to an album?

To add a password to an album, first open the album, and tap the settings button at the bottom right. Then tap Set Album Password.

How do I delete an album?

To delete an album, visit the album you want to delete and find the settings button at the bottom right. Then tap Delete Album.

Files

How can I add new photos or videos to the app?

To add new photos or videos to the app, tap the + icon at the bottom of the screen, and choose either Camera or Import.

How do I delete photos or videos in an album?

To delete photos or videos in an album, tap on Select at the top right, select the files you would like to delete, and then tap the delete button.

How do I use the camera?

To use the camera, tap the + icon at the bottom of the screen, and open the Camera. Here you can take new photos or videos to add to any particular album.

How do I Restore/Export my files?

To Restore your files you have two options: when viewing a photo or video, tap the bottom left Share button and find the option “Save Image”.

You can also select multiple files at once, and then tap the Share button at the bottom left. Then choose “Save Image”.

Playing Videos

Why can’t I hear any audio when playing a video?

Without Headphones (Device Speakers):

If you are playing a video without headphones in, make sure the Mute switch is turned to Off. This way you will be able to hear the audio out of your device speakers.

With Headphones:

If you are playing a video with headphones in, the Mute switch setting can be turned On or Off and the video audio will still be heard.
